Signal Studio is committed to protecting your privacy and processes your data in accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, "PDPL"), overseen by the UAE Data Office.
What we collect: Email address, company name, banner usage data, and brand assets you upload.
Legal basis: Your consent, performance of our contract (providing the service and billing), our legitimate interest in preventing fraud/abuse, and legal obligations.
How we use it: To deliver banners, send service emails, and improve the product. We never sell your data.
Your assets: Logos, brandbooks and product photos are stored securely and used only to generate your banners.
Payments: Handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record. Card details are processed by Paddle and never stored on our servers.
Storage & cross-border transfer: Account data is stored on Supabase (EU region) — a cross-border transfer made with appropriate safeguards under the PDPL.
Your rights: Access, correction, deletion, and objection. Request account deletion anytime at hello@signal-studio.app; data is removed within 7 days of account cancellation (except records we must retain by law, e.g. invoices). You may also complain to the UAE Data Office.

Service: AI-powered banner generation. You submit brand assets and campaign details; we deliver production-ready static banners.
Payments (Merchant of Record):All payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which collects your card details, charges you, issues invoices, and calculates and remits any applicable tax (UAE VAT at 5%). Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Free trial: The trial ends as soon as either limit is reached — 7 days from sign-up or 5 downloaded banners, whichever comes first (a translation counts as a banner; an edit does not). A payment card is required at sign-up; you are not charged during the trial and can cancel before it ends to avoid any charge. One trial per customer.
Subscriptions & auto-renewal: After the trial the plan you chose begins and your card is charged automatically. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled (Starter $259/mo · Pro $359/mo · Enterprise $549/mo, plus applicable tax).
Cancellation & refunds: Cancel anytime from your dashboard — access continues to the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial periods except where required by law.
Your IP: You retain full ownership of your brand assets and all generated banners.
AI output:Banners are AI-generated — review each one before publishing; you are responsible for legal compliance. Provided "as is".
Acceptable use: No illegal, misleading or harmful content. We may terminate accounts that violate this policy.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates (incl. Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection); disputes fall under the courts of the Emirate of Dubai. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights are not affected.
