# Signal Studio — Pricing

Currency: USD. Prices exclude any sales tax or VAT, which the payment provider
calculates and collects based on the buyer's billing location.

All plans include: brand extraction from a website URL, product-photo fidelity,
plain-language editing of delivered banners, all standard ad ratios, and
translation into 9 languages.

## How banners are counted

- One order delivers **two banners per banner ordered**. Ordering 5 banners
  returns 10 images, and each image gets its **own headline** — ten different
  messages, not one message shown ten ways. (Text you type yourself is kept
  word for word.)
- The allowance is spent **when banners are generated**, not when they are
  downloaded.
- **Downloads are unlimited** on every plan, including the free allowance.
- "40 banners per month" on Starter means 20 orders of a pair each.

## Free allowance

- Every new account starts with **5 free generations** (10 banners). No card
  required.
- The free allowance is valid for **7 days from sign-up**. It ends at whichever
  comes first — 7 days or 5 generations — after which a paid plan is needed to
  keep generating.
- Free banners render at **1K**.
- The free plan includes **one edit, one translation (one language) and one
  resize in total** — across all banners, not per banner. Unlimited changes,
  2K/4K and the full monthly allowance need a paid plan.
- One free allowance per person. Temporary email addresses are not accepted.

## Billing

- Billed monthly in advance, renewing automatically until cancelled.
- Merchant of Record: **Armitage Labs OÜ**, trading as Creem (Estonia, reg. 16977866).
  Creem collects payment, issues receipts, and calculates and remits applicable tax.
- Cancel at any time from the dashboard. Access continues to the end of the
  period already paid for; there are no further charges after that.
- Plans can be changed, cancelled and cards updated at any time from the
  billing portal linked in the dashboard.

## Refunds

Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. As a general policy
partial or unused periods are not refunded. Statutory rights in respect of
defective or non-conforming service are unaffected — see
